Private Moments at AlteredPerception
February 26, 2006
Hello

Ok, so I haven't posted in ages. I do miss the whole blog thing. Well..except for the spam comments. But I won't go there. I just checked the Altered Perceptions email and lo and behold I have a few letters from the Hugoists. Apparently the trial is finally getting underway? I don't know, fill me in?

It seems I still get a letter or two now and then on the Mason Proffit posts I did. I can't tell you how nice it is to be able to download a few of those tunes from Itunes. But hey Terry Talbot....why isn't Eugene Pratt on there?? Inquiring minds want to know.

Just for anyone that might be interested, my life is going well. The new business is thriving and growing. Thanks be to God.

So if you dropped by and read this post, thank you, and leave me a note?

I really do miss this.

Hugo was found not guilty of the first two homocides charges only to walk into to the waiting arms of state police who escorted him to be arraigned on two new homocide charges. Why didn't the DA just try them all together. No, he wants to be the one to take down the infamous Mr. Selenski. What a waste of taxpayers money!

I hear Atty. Fannick most likely won't be representing Hugo in this next trial. I can understand his position. He gave his all to the first trial. I don't think people should judge him now for wanting to make a living and maybe not have the stress associated with this case. He made a statment at one point that Hugo was a very hands on client which helped with the preperation for the case, but during the trial it was a distraction. We all know the Shut up and sit down episode. I think it wouldn't be in the best interest of either party if they had bad feelings going into this new case. Atty. Fannick isn't the only lawyer who could try this case and win. There are very good attorney's in the conflict attorney's list that I'm sure Hugo will be eligable to chose from.
