Stupid People, Stupid Things

I've been thinking about adding the category "Stupid People, Stupid Things" for quite awhile, but I've been on the fence about it. There are too many stupid people doing stupid things that creating a Stupid World blog would be more appropriate. Then again there is that fear if you read too many stupid things there could be an unwritten law of nature that stupidity could rub off. Let's face it, we've all questioned how high a certain action we've committed has rated on the stupid meter at some point in our pasts. Stupid people will defend their actions and rationalize, and the stupid race nod their heads in agreement and call for more. The saved hang their heads in shame and humility, slowly slink away, murmuring to their higher power to save them from themselves.

Well when I seen the picture of Steve Irwin holding his one month old baby while playing with a crocodile the stupid bell tolled for Steve. I didn't want to post the picture because I'm sure damn near everyone has seen it by now. Absolute technicolor proof that certain people should not breed. If the mother of that baby is not one of the stupid people race I hope to hell she makes him wish the croc got him.

If you haven't seen the picture, count yourself lucky.

The only thing that amazes me about the Steve Irwin matter is that anyone is surprised! The man runs around jumping all over deadly animals for a living!

Yeah, I know what you mean. After three consecutive posts (uh, RANTS, actually) which I filed in my "Annoyances" category, perhaps it's time for a category called....
