The Saga Continues...

Hugo Selenski's preliminary hearing was held yesterday. I guess this was no surprise to anyone:

After hearing the testimony, Luzerne County District Justice James Tupper ruled there was enough evidence to try Selenski, 30, for murder. Selenski waived his right to a preliminary hearing on prison escape charges and will face trial on those counts, as well.

Was there ever really any doubt that Hugo would be tried for the alleged crimes. I personally don't know either of the accused in this case but do know people who do. Each of them have an opinion which they are intitled to. There is only one comment that I'd like to make in this matter. Drugs caused this whole issue. The victims and the accused all had one common bond...drugs! Whether a user or dealer drugs will take over your mind, body and soul. How many lives must be lost or ruined before people stop and really think about what their doing not only to themselves but also their family and friends.I pray for ALL the people involed in this case.I don't think there will ever be closure to what happened here in the Back Mountain because some people made the wrong choice!
