Andrew over at an error occurred... asks how do you keep the people passing by coming back?

Well to save alot of typing I could just say right here "hell if I know",and that would be true, but that would make a shitty post now wouldn't it.

So I ask myself what keeps me going back to the people on my blogroll? There is even more than that, I have a few in my news aggregator and I have even more in my favorites folder. I've just been too damn lazy to get everybody where they belong.

Here is my list of why I keep going back:
They've wrote something that made me laugh...I have a dark, sarcastic sense of humor..and that will pull me in fast.
They've opened up something about their personal life that I connected with: empathized, sympathized or peeked my curiosity.
They've wrote a rant that made me green with envy.
They've wrote a rant that seriously pissed me off.
They've posted something that made me open my eyes and turn my mind in a direction it hasn't looked before.
They share knowledge of something I know nothing about..and realize they can help change that.
The blog is pleasing to the eye.

I'm sure there is more but that comes to mind quickly.

Now for my list I won't return to:
Redundancy.
No personal touch.
The blog hurts my eyes.
Teenagers. I'm so glad my mind no longer works like that.
Poetry.

I'm sure my list will grow as time goes by just like my favorites folder and blogroll.
